$60 per kayaker - 2 or more kayakers, the price drops to $45 each - 3 hours of paddle time
Kettle is one of the larger island on the Ottawa River. Owned by The Nature Conservancy of Canada. Listed as ecologically sensitive. Lower Duck is owned by the National Capital Commision - designated as a Natural Area. Inner channels provide a great refuge for wildlife.
North end of Blair Road - left on Massey Lane, beach launch or boat ramp, free parking, no restrooms
Bottled water, snacks, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses.
Water shoes are recommended but not necessary.
At times some kayakers get a bit wet, therefore a change of pants or shorts is recommended.
Personal Floating Device (PFD), paddle, rope, bail bucket, audible signal device
Minimum 15 minutes prior to booking time. Please ensure enough time to adjust your PFD.
24 hours notice required for refundable cancellation.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
